My Story: From Chemistry to Personalised Nutrition

Welcome!

I'm Anahita, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Nutrigenomics Practitioner with an MSc in personalised nutrition. My background as an analytical chemist gave me a deep appreciation for the science of how the body works, and my own health journey showed me just how transformative the right nutritional approach can be. Having travelled the world and navigated the challenges of being globally mobile, juggling life, kids, and ageing parents, I bring a unique perspective to health and well-being. Witnessing my parents' struggles with Alzheimer's and heart disease, and my own years-long battle with PCOS and weight gain (I'm now 16 kg lighter), fuelled my passion to help others achieve a better quality of life. Chronic disease often begins decades before symptoms appear, a slow, silent fire. By making smart choices today, we can slow its progression and build a longer, healthier, happier life.

My Mission: To help you understand your body, address the root causes of weight gain, and build lasting change, for a longer, healthier life!

How can I help you on your health journey?

Ready to feel your best and prevent future health concerns? Whether you're over 60 and finding weight harder to shift, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or simply ready to stop cycling through diets that don't last, I can help. We'll start by understanding the root causes of your weight challenges: blood sugar regulation, hormonal shifts, your genetics, sleep, stress, and more. From there, I'll build a science-backed, fully personalised plan that works with your body, not against it.

Are you thinking about using GLP-1 medications for weight management but unsure whether they’re the right choice? Whether you’re currently using them or thinking about how you will maintain your progress afterwards, I can support you with tailored diet, lifestyle, and nutrigenomic strategies—including helping you manage “food noise” more effectively. Check out my Free E-Book on this topic.
